We're well on our way to becoming a powerhouse in the music industry for years to come.

Step One Music's vision extends beyond supporting artists like yourself to create long-term success in the music industry. We aim to spark a movement that revitalizes music culture in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, and expands nationally across Canada. Our goals include booking tours throughout Canada, founding numerous festivals across rural Saskatchewan and being an integral part in the success of our artists careers for decades to come.

Joining Step One isn't just about business success; it's about becoming part of a movement that positively impacts communities across our beautiful nation while doing what you love.

Our Strategy

We believe that business thrives at the speed of trust, and cultivating strong relationships with our clients is paramount. Artists are the backbone of Step One, and everything we do reflects that. With over a decade of business experience and a recent diversification into the music industry, we've come to understand that success isn't complicated— It's about relentless dedication and hard work.

Choosing to partner with Step One means aligning with a company that will go above and beyond to make things work for you. We understand that this journey isn't just about business; it's about life—defining who we are, what we represent, and the impact we strive to make. While we maintain a high level of professionalism and deliver tangible results from a strategic and value-driven business perspective, our ultimate goal is to ignite a movement  cementing our artists into the history books and Step One as a beacon of hope reminding those who dare to dream anything is possible.

Choosing to partner with Step One means having holistic support for your music career—from getting you into the studio, mixing and mastering your songs, to strategically distributing those songs, booking shows, and executing strategies to maximize each event for brand awareness and profitability.

Partnering with Step One means working with a team that genuinely cares about the longevity of your success in all areas of life. At Step One, we realize that success isn't just about the aforementioned elements; it's also about mental health and quality of life. We believe that these are integral parts of long-term success and are committed to adding value in these areas for all our partners, fostering a mutually beneficial friendship alongside the business partnership.

We maintain an open feedback system with regular meetings and scheduled work time to ensure that your investment in Step One equates to the value we provide for our mutual success. We strive to build credibility by consistently delivering tangible results in booking shows, increasing brand awareness through views and followers, diversifying sources of revenue for profitability, and ultimately listening to you—your goals, your vision—and coming alongside you to support you in achieving those goals.

Next Steps

If everything you have read so far resonates with you, the next step is to book a meeting so we can get to know each other better and begin sorting out the details of how our business partnership will be structured. In the music industry, things are often handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the strengths you bring to the table, your goals, and the services you need at this point in your career. Our proposals will reflect all of this information to ensure that as we grow together, both parties are mutually satisfied with the terms of engagement.

Typically, we find that having a few meetings to get to know each other, clarify long-term strategy, and establish a working relationship is the best approach before we get into anything contractual. We want to honor you at every step of the way, not just try to sell you or get you as a client. Those strategies are short-term, and we are interested in partnerships that last for years to come.

If this all sounds good to you, let's book a meeting, get to know each other a bit better, and go from there.

Nothing real can be threatened. Nothing unreal exists. Herein lies the peace of God.
